Cancellation & Service Policy
At Muscular Pain Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality care and maintaining a respectful, professional environment for all clients. To ensure that every client receives the time and attention they deserve, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:
Right to Refuse Service
Muscular Pain Therapy (MPT) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior, failure to follow clinic policies, or any action that compromises the safety or comfort of our staff or clients.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of our therapists and other clients:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for your appointment, will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible—we will always do our best to accommodate.
